If you are aged over 14 years old the great news is that you can use the main gym and go to any of the class timetable sessions with over a 100 classes to choose from!

Also if you are a football fanatic - get in a the local league - the Littledown Juniors Dream Team Division played under floodlights on the artificial pitches
