Class Timetable for Over 14's

Have a look at the largest fitness Class Timetable in the area, with over 100 classes weekly to choose from including:

  • Aerobics – Simple and easy to follow exercise, great for improving body shape.
  • Circuits – A great variety of cardio & resistance exercises.
  • Just Abs – Hard core! 25 minutes of core stability work – strengthening the abdominals & lower back.
  • Spinning – Stationary cycling that includes hill & speed work.
  • Step - Cardio and toning work out using a raised platform
  • Urban Funk – The workout with attitude! A street dance class that will get you moving & grooving!
  • Dance Jam - An exciting combination of dance and fitness with hip hop and Latin influence!
