Welcome to the Stokewood Leisure Centre Gym

With a broad range of cardiovascular equipment, resistance training machines, free weights, audio-visual entertainment and stretch area for specific stretching exercises and work using Fit Balls, Bosu Balls and Medicine Balls, our friendly Health & Fitness team will help you develop a personal fitness programme and are committed to helping you achieve your goals.

Gym Induction - Before using the Gym for the first time, please book a gym induction at Customer Service or telephone number (01202) 437840

Download information on the Gym for Spring 2012 or click here for opening hours over the festive period (19th December until 2nd January)

Minimum age to use the Gym is 14 years old.
