Read about the progress on the gym refurbishment!

• The refurbishment is on schedule with nearly 80% of the planned work now completed
• The roof is now on and the building is watertight
• Suspended ceilings are currently being fitted
• The stairs leading down to the new fitness studio have been fitted (The new fitness studio will open on Monday 26th January 2009 and be used for classes and Spinning)
• The walls have been plastered and are being painted
• The fitting of the mechanical and electrical systems are almost complete
• Light fittings are in place

We are now into the final stages of the project and over the next few weeks the carpeting and ironmongery work will be done completing the decoration.  Also the commissioning and final testing for the mechanical and electrical systems will be done.

Once the equipment has then been delivered and installed, we are pleased to announce that the new facility will be open to you for viewing on

Saturday 3rd January between 11.00am and 5.00pm Sunday 4th January between 9.00am and 6.00pm
