What do we do within the Zone?

Within the ‘Zone’, we put together a package that will entertain and educate your pupils. The children will be taken on a journey of discovery covering health, nutrition and fitness.

This new approach aims to make health and fitness attractive to all children, even those who find sport and PE a turn off and find themselves less active.

Our personal fitness team are fully trained and selected to work in this area because they are fantastic with young children. The Zone will fun, exciting but above all else provide an education kick-start on their healthy lifestyle.

Why is a Zone School Programme important?

·                     Build a healthy mind – behaviour therapy, building up low self esteem and confidence within your pupils

·                     Physical activity promotion – not everyone child is good at sport or enjoys PE at their school. Getting these children fitter within the area will get them back on track

·                     It links in with key stage development objectives

·                     It supports pupils with special needs and social issues to get motivated and fit

·                     It begins to tackle the increasing rise in childhood obesity

·                     It makes a strong commitment to making PE and school sport an important and valuable part of pupil’s lives

Your School package will include:

  • A full induction and personal programme for each pupil
  • Nutritional information - amazing fun food facts that the children will find fascinating
  • Information on a healthy body programme (why should we exercise / What changes does the body go through with exercise and without)
  • Awards and recognition for pupils
