Main Gym and Cardio Room for Schools

The Gym is for pupils aged over 14 years old and comprises of a:

  • Cardio theatre with cross trainers, treadmills, cycles and step machines guaranteed to get pulses racing and give a great cardio workout
  • Fitness room & stretch area with a combination of resistance machines, barbells and dumbbells to help tone and strengthen muscles

All pupils will be given a Littledown Centre booking card so that that can visit the Gym on a Pay as they Go basis after school.
