Following a total transformation, our brand new Gym is now open!

It has been tripled in size and state of the art fitness equipment, personal training zones and refreshed décor provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

In addition, fitness activities including aerobics, pilates and Zumba are now offered as part of our new class timetable.

In our indoor sports hall you can take part in a range of activities including badminton, volleyball and trampolining.

Outdoors on our artificial training pitches and courts enjoy football, netball and tennis.

There is also a Sauna and Steam Room, for total relaxation and refreshment after your activity
