The Gym

We have a combination of resistance machines, barbells and dumb bells to help you tone and strengthen your muscles. Rowers, cycles, treadmills and step machines provide a great cardio workout to get your pulse racing.

Our fully qualified Health & Fitness Team will help you achieve your fitness goals

Gym Opening Times Monday to Friday -7.00am until 9.30pm Saturday - 9.00am until 5.00pm Sunday - 9.00am until 9.00pm Bank Holidays & Bank Holiday weekends - 10.00am until 5.00pm

Relax in the sauna & steam room after your workout to feel totally refreshed

On July 1^st 2008 we will be launching a new way to keep fit with ‘pay as you go’ gym, sauna and steam room sessions
