Make the most of your membership
Make sure that you are making the most of your membership at the Littledown Centre by using all of the facilities available to you
For example, if you have an unlimited membership package, make sure that you use all of the facilities that you have subscribed to. These include:

A gym induction and full use of the gym

A personal fitness assessment with a qualified instructor and an exercise programme tailored to your needs

Unlimited use of the Swimming Pools

Use of the luxury spa with 2 steam rooms, 2 spa pools, a sauna and a sanarium

Over 150 weekly classes including Aerobics, Circuits, Spinning, Aqua, Les Mills BodyPump, BodyBalance, BodyCombat, Pilates & Yoga

14 day priority booking on classes - this means that you can book a place on your chosen class up to 14 days in advance

A price reduction on the daytime crèche
Keeping you motivated... If you plan to exercise three times a week you could have a swim (followed by a spa session), go to the gym and then attend one of the 150 weekly fitness classes.
This way you are more likely to continue with your exercise plan as you are varying your activities which can be more motivating than simply repeating the same activities each week.
