New booking card

To speed up our activity booking process, we have introduced a 'Booking Card'

 

Benefits of a booking card…

  • Your booking card will be ‘swiped’ at Reception making the process of booking your activities much faster
  • We will not need to keep taking your name and contact details
  • For telephone bookings you will just need to quote your name or card number

Payment for the activity will still need to be made at the time of booking

 

Who will need a Booking Card?

 

If you pre-book the following activities you will need a booking card:

  • Exercise classes (Classes paid for within 60 minutes of the start time are not considered to be pre booked)
  • Spinning
  • Swimming lessons
  • Courses such as Littledown Juniors & Trampolining
  • Main Hall Courts for activities such as Badminton & 5-a-side football
  • Artificial Training Pitch sessions
  • Crèche sessions

Membership customers and customers who currently have a Littledown Centre card will NOT require one of these cards.

 

To get a Booking Card, apply at Customer Service. It only takes a few moments and will save you time in the future
