New booking card

To speed up our activity booking process for people who do not have a membership card, we provide a 'Booking Card'

 

Benefits of a booking card…

  • Your booking card will be ‘swiped’ at Reception making the process of booking your activities much faster
  • We will not need to keep taking your name and contact details
  • For telephone bookings you will just need to quote your name or card number

Payment for the activity still to be made at time of booking

 

Who needs a Booking Card?

If you pre-book the following activities you will need a booking card:

  • Exercise classes (Classes paid for within 60 minutes of the start time are not considered to be pre booked)
  • Spinning
  • Swimming lessons
  • Courses such as Littledown Juniors & Trampolining
  • Main Hall Courts for activities such as Badminton & 5-a-side football
  • Artificial Training Pitch sessions
  • Crèche sessions 

To get a Booking Card, apply at Customer Service. It only takes a few moments and will save you time in the future
