• A Kick and Punch Bag

Plus TV screens and all the latest music to work out to!

How to use the Zone @ the Littledown Centre

Attend a FREE Zone gym induction so that we can show you how to use the equipment (bookable at Customer Service)

Once you have had your Zone induction you can either:

1. Pay as you go - only £3.20 per 60 minute session
2. Monthly Direct Debit Member** -  £20 per month
3. Annual Member** - £200 for 12 months membership

**Membership packages include a free gym induction, unlimited usage of the Zone @ the Littledown Centre, selected Active Classes and unlimited swimming between 9.00am - 9.00pm (swimming lessons not included)
