The Zone @ the Littledown Centre

The Zone @ the Littledown Centre is a gym for young people aged 8 - 13 years

In the Zone there are:

  • Treadmills
  • Spin Bikes
  • Rowers
  • Cross Trainers
  • Resistance Equipment
  • Free Weights  
  • Swiss Balls

How can I use the Zone @ the Littledown Centre?

There are structured supervised hourly sessions - download details or pick up a brochure
  1. You can 'pay as you go' - £3.40 per session
  2. Become a member

First time Zoners! - Please allow sufficient time (approx 15 mins) before the start of your first Zone session for your parents / guardians to complete a consent form.
