Littledown Park and Paddling Pool

Have a splashing time! The paddling pool in the Littledown Park has been fully refurbished and is open during the summer months and free to use. The Paddlers kiosk situated next to the play park sells ice creams drinks and snacks.

One mile marked running trail - did you know there is a one mile marked running trail (marked every 1/4 mile) which takes you around the Littledown Park. The route starts just outside the front of the cricket pavilion.

Outside Gym? There are seven fitness stations dotted around the park marked on the map above (and outside in the park). Hurdle Jumps, Recline Pulls, Tricep Dips, Knee Raises, Lateral Jumps, Press Ups and Step ups - all in the fresh air!
- Take a walk on the wild side Green woodpeckers, foxes, wild birds of prey, herons, bunny rabbits, pretty flowers and trees...whether you fancy a stroll in the early morning, evening or on your lunch break, there is so much wildlife to spot in the acres of parkland.

Try not to get lost! Did you know that the Littledown Park has its own leisure orienteering course? Try out your map reading skills and see how quickly you can complete the course.

Quackers! Did you know....the large lake in the Littledown Park is home to lots of ducks and other birds!

Get on track! The Littledown Park is home to The Bournemouth & District Society of Model Engineers miniature railway which runs on a Sunday and Wednesday. Visit their website to find out more.
