In the gym, you’ll find our friendly, experienced health & fitness team ready to help you achieve your fitness goals.
The Gym comprises of:

Cardio Theatre with cross trainers, treadmills, cycles and step machines guaranteed to get your pulse racing and giving you a great cardio workout.

Fitness Room with a combination of resistance machines, barbells and dumbbells to help you tone and strengthen your muscles, along with a stretch area.

Book an induction at Customer Service. Learn the safe and correct techniques to ensure you gain maximum benefit from your workout.
