In the Gym, you’ll find our friendly, experienced health & fitness team ready to help you achieve your fitness goals
The Gym comprises of:

Cardio Theatre with cross trainers, treadmills, cycles and step machines guaranteed to get your pulse racing and giving you a great cardio workout.

Fitness Room with a combination of resistance machines, barbells and dumbbells to help you tone and strengthen your muscles

Stretch Area for you to work on your abs or simply to enjoy a stretch after a workout

- Juniors (14+yrs) £3.60
- Students (Mon-Fri 6.30am - 5pm & weekends) £3.60
- Students (Mon-Fri 5pm onwards) £5.70
- Exercise Referral (during concessionary period only) £3.40
- Adult Gym Induction £12.50
- Junior/Student Gym Induction £6.30
