Our Gym is one of the largest in Bournemouth with friendly, experienced health & fitness team ready to help you achieve your fitness goals. Available as part of membership or on a 'Pay as You Go' basis
The Gym comprises of:

Cardio Theatre with cross trainers, treadmills, cycles, arc trainers, rowers and step machines guaranteed to get your pulse racing and giving you a great cardio workout.

Fitness Room with a combination of resistance machines, barbells and dumbbells to help you tone and strengthen your muscles

Stretch Area for you to work on your abs or simply to enjoy a delicious stretch after a workout
